After a lengthy tender period, we are delighted to announce that Blue Star Pacific has secured the electrical and security works package for 84 The Esplanade, Surfers Paradise. This will be Blue Star Pacific’s second venture with Meriton and more importantly comes off the back of The Sundale A1 Tower, which provided us the opportunity to showcase our expertise and ability. 84 The Esplanade will add a significant silhouette to the glittering Gold Coast skyline reaching circa 250 meters once complete. The Gallery House project is located on an absolute riverfront site within Northshore Hamilton, close to the Eat Street Markets and the high-end restaurants and retailers of Portside Wharf. The project consists of Gallery House One –  169 luxury apartments and approx. 1100m² of retail in a 20-storey building and Gallery House Two  – a further 150 luxury apartments and approx. 990m² of retail in a 19-storey building, in addition to the building having a rooftop sanctuary, infinity pool and outdoor lounge and BBQ area. Blue Star Pacific has been awarded the electrical design and construct contract for an exciting new development known as “The Coterie” located at 365 St Pauls Terrace in the heart of Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley. Blue Star is excited to be working with its client, Maxcon to deliver this 30 storey residential building which is due to be completed in September 2019. Blue Star Pacific is proud to have been awarded the electrical design and construct contract from its client Hutchinson Builders for the Howard Smith Wharves Revitalisation Project. The historic 3.43 hectare Howard Smith Wharves site on the Brisbane river is set to be transformed to a world class riverside precinct with more than 2.7 hectares of public open space, a 164 room Art Series Hotel, an exhibition and events centre, a craft brewery and an array of restaurants and cafes. Blue Star look forward to working with Hutchies to deliver an iconic, unique and successful project.

Blue Star Pacific has been awarded the contract for FV No. 1 Stage 2 from its client, Icon Constructions. FV No 1 Stage 2 consists of 267 residential units and 70 short term accommodation (hotel style) units located in a single tower located over 26 stories over the top of two story basement car parking. This building is set to become a new architectural landmark for Brisbane. Blue Star Pacific also completed the electrical design and installation at FV Flat Iron & Valley House (Stage 1).

ARIA Property Group’s South Brisbane project, Botanica Residences, has won the Urban Development Institute President’s Award, making it the best of the best of around 500 projects across the country. The project has 179 apartments across 20 levels, and some of the best green credentials around including Enviro-Development accreditation from the UDIA, having achieved the full 6 leaf certification. Blue Star Pacific was engaged by its client, PBS Building, to complete the innovative electrical design and installation for the project, which also won them the 2016 NECA Queensland Excellence Award for Commercial Medium Sized Project.
