Description: This project entails the construction of three new buildings at the University of Tasmania Student Accommodation Building (UTAS). Melville Street Tower – Lower ground and upper ground (Cold shell retail space), 3 levels of student accommodation and roof plant area, Main Tower – Lower ground and upper ground student spaces, 12 levels of student accommodation and roof plant area and the Heritage Building – Cold shell fitout to basement, lower/upper ground, level 1 and roof top plant area
