Description: The Yards is a private residential apartment development located in the Brisbane Showgrounds precinct. The project comprises of 401 residential apartments over 2 Towers and a 3 storey walk-up building on Market Way. The development includes approximately 800m2 of specialty retail space, a 1050m2 supermarket, a common basement, and a podium structure comprising three levels of car park for a total of 316 residential car parks (including 30 tandem car parks) and 40 retail car parks.
