Description: The Springfield State Schools Project involved the construction of both the Springfield Central High School and Springfield Central Primary School. An integral feature of this project was the turnaround – a 6 month contract with no extension of times being granted as pupils had already been enrolled for the end of January 2011. During the latter half of 2010 and early 2011 Brisbane experienced some of its largest rain falls in history, however with a team focused on the task at hand and by employing tailored strategies the unachievable was achieved.
