Description: This project consists of 65 1, 2 & 3 bed luxury apartments over 8 levels. There are rooftop and ground floor recreational areas and a secure two level underground car park. Blue Star Pacific’s scope was to provide a high quality lighting design and installation, upgraded power installation, data and MATV fittings and a modern access control and resident intercom system. Energy efficiency was at the forefront of the design with LED fittings used throughout and all common area controlled via motion sensors. The building is also fully equipped with NBN technology.
