Description: Costco Corporation acquired a circa 65,000 square meter site at North Lakes Brisbane designed with the capabilities of 900 car spaces and having retail area of 14, 000 square meters. The project involved the construction of a ground level warehouse type complex with an open air outdoor level car park, warehouse retail sales floor including sales, offices, a petrol station, amenities and a mezzanine level provided to accommodate plant.
