Description: Central Village is set on 12,854 sqm located on the corner of Brunswick & Water Street in Fortitude Valley & comprising of 6 Towers creating approximately 1000 Apartments plus retail & commercial buildings being constructed over a 5 year period. The existing heritage buildings on the site will be incorporated into the project and utilized as common facilities for all residents, more than 50% of the site will also be devoted to green community space.
Electrical works included lightning protection, security, MATV, NBN, switchboards, sub-main and bus duct reticulation, lighting, power, communication and MATV to all units, retail, landscape areas, manager offices and all common areas as required.
