Description: The Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre project involved the construction of an extension to the existing Merivale Street BCEC connecting over the Queensland Rail railway to Grey Street frontage for the Southbank Corporation. Under specific conditions of a ‘construct only’ subcontract Blue Star Pacific’s diligently met all objectives of the WSP technical specification and took a leading role in the coordination of detailed design activities required to undertake the works documented within the electrical services, architectural lighting and security services drawings all under the challenges of a dramatic architectural design.
