Description: This installation consisted of a fully automated mail sorting system comprising multiple conveyor roller motors that were variable speed drive controlled with drives mounted on each conveyor section. New conveyors were installed which feed existing Cipro lifters at the CFCP machines. For this project we undertook the electrical installation of roller powered conveyors, belt conveyors, Nerak lifters and associated cable support systems & MCPs.
A key feature of this project was that the works were completed whilst maintaining the mail centre’s operational status. This was achieved through detailed project planning and by working around the clock to keep our clients premises open and operational.
