Earlier this year Blue Star Pacific was awarded the Electrical D&C package for the Inner City South State Secondary College in Dutton Park with Broad Constructions. The school includes multiple learning facilities, creative and well-being hubs, a multi-purpose hall, outdoor areas, courts, and pick up/drop off zones. ICSSSC will have a total capacity of 1600 students over 4 towers with classes for year 7 students to commence early 2021.
The project is moving at a fast pace with all inground works complete and ground slabs poured throughout the site. The lift cores have raced ahead and Blue Star Pacific are currently working hard on the new suspended concrete decks.
