Completion: May-13

Description: Pradella set out to create modern apartment blocks in the heart of Kelvin Grove predominantly for the dynamic and expanding university of QUT. The project consisted of 206 residential units spread across 2 towers. It also included an extensive landscaped arena with specialty lighting setting off a unique display for the two feature pools, BBQ and gazebo area.
