Description: The Little Beach project included construction of five buildings and the surrounding common areas. In these five buildings were 120, 1-3 bedroom apartments. Eleven penthouse apartments all of which had C-BUS controlled lighting and C-BUS controlled motor louvers and all C-BUS controls are integrated with the new Apple iPad.
