Earlier this year Blue Star Pacific was awarded the D&C electrical package for the Jubilee Place project located in Fortitude Valley. Blue Star Pacific will be working with Watpac Construction to deliver a 14 storey commercial office tower and public plaza while preserving the existing heritage-listed Jubilee Hotel. This development will accommodate a retail and restaurant precinct, rooftop beer garden and commercial office spaces with a focus on sustainable design and structure.
Blue Star Pacific recently completed The Coterie Apartments located in the heart of Fortitude Valley. The twin tower apartment building is a great addition to the energised urban village it belongs, while offering a modern-day sanctuary and an exclusive lifestyle for residents. The elegant building silhouette provides great connectivity between the two towers, the streetscape, and the skyscrapers in the nearby CBD. Blue Star Pacific were awarded the D&C electrical package and worked alongside Maxcon Constructions to successfully complete the project in early April
